Alice has over twenty years of experience in the fitness industry. A certified personal trainer and massage therapist, Alice launched Through the Looking Glass as a way to work one-on-one with clients to help them achieve their goals by combining exercise of mind and body with proper nutrition. Two precious grandchildren give her plenty of motivation to stay fit!

Exercise alone will not allow most people to meet their goals. Healthy living requires a three-fold emphasis: fitness training, cardiovascular work and attention to nutrition. Commitment to these three things is the key to reaching your goals and achieving a lifestyle change.
